Some small updates
Hi! I am Patrick, the human of Pokki. You know Shih-Tzu-Phrenia as weblog of Pokki. That had to be changed and while changing it I did also some improvements and new features for the site.
First of all Pokki is no lonely dog anymore. Since mid of june a second Shih Tzu is living with us, Soosie. She will introduce herself later. So this blog is becoming a group-blog of two Shih Tzus now. You can see who writes in the icon on the right side of the title of each entry. Yes. That part of a human head in front of the green is me.
Second I promised a lot of people who were writing to us to put up an extra section with dogs from all over the world and collected some pictures already. I finally got the time to implement the new feature Dogs around the world – a map with dogs worldwide. Its quite empty right now but I will write to all people who sent their pictures already to check their locations and put them on the map. Everyone who wants to be included can send a mail at the contact-page and I will respond as soon as possible. You have to be a dog to be included.
Third we will make some changes in the Content of this site. The entries until now were mainly some cute puppy pictures. As Pokki is growing and Soosie will too not be a puppy for life we want to bring some more relevant content about dogs, shih-tzus, thailand and so on. Whatever can be of interest for people and dog. There will still be the photo album with our shih-tzu-pictures at flickr.com for people who come here with only visual interests and as Pokki is a boy and Soosie is a girl we are quite sure that there will be cute puppy pictures again some time. All entries will be tagged with topics.
I myself will not be writing here much because I have my own weblog on the other side of the internet.
Finally let me thank you for your interest. Shih-Tzu-Phrenia.org startet more as a quick small weblog for news about Pokki, but it seems to stir more interest than I initially thought and my interest into my dogs is rising every day I can spend with them. Theres more to come.
